What if I need a budget estimate before sending the molds for inspection?
No problem. With a brief phone call/email and possible pictures describing the issues and condition of the mold, we can give you a budget estimate. Upon inspection, if we find major issues not in the scope, we will discuss options with you. Conversely, if actual costs are less than the estimate, you will only be charged for that time and material.
How long does a complete mold refurbishment take?
This is dependent on the size of the mold, number of cavities, and mold condition, but 3 weeks is a good average estimate for planning purposes.
What if the mold was not originally built by Fidelity Tool & Mold?
No problem. We do repairs and maintenance on all blow molds.
